Perfect snack for when your on the go!

Revolution Foods make these yummy, organic yogurt filled sandwich bars called Grammy Sammy. They come in three different flavors that are each equally delicious. Cinnamon graham & vanilla yogurt, cocoa graham & banana yogurt (my personal favorite!) and honey graham and strawberry yogurt. They are made with 100% whole grains and have no high fructose corn syrup, artificial ingredients or transfats. I bought them at Wild by Nature but they are sold in many places including Babies R Us and Buy Buy Baby. These are great to throw in your bag on your way out with the kiddies. I even snack on them!! They really are good and satisfying.
